    Important Information Regarding HOTEL Surprise 

  • If you are staying in a hotel, you must provide your hotel with approval for us to access your room. If Cinders Balloons is required to collect a key to access room, an additional charge will apply.

  • We do not accept Airbnb bookings unless you are onsite and able to provide access at the time of delivery.

  • Please note: Travel time from Gold Coast Airport to Surfers Paradise is approximately 1 hour. For example, if your flight arrives at 2:00 PM, you may not reach your hotel until around 3:30 PM. Kindly schedule your delivery time accordingly.
